Icon Depot | M/F

It has been far too long since my last release to the community, and for this I apologise. I created little pixels in this instance, but I shall soon be working on larger icons for you to download!

Please feel free to use these on your website, but please follow the licensing conditions included within. Without further delay, M/F has been released into the Icon Depot, located in the sidebar, to the right.

    Just what is so masculine about a bottle of water?

    Good icons, but damn if they aren’t really sexist.

      Hi Avery :)

      This set isn’t called Masculine/Feminine, it’s called Male/Female (as per the iconic glyphs in the preview). As you can see, I have used a blue palette for the male icons and a purple palette for the female icons. I wanted to create an icon to go alongside the dumbbell and opted for a drink (choosing water, as it is blue) – there really is no secret agenda.

      In a similar vein, men can use handheld mirrors and women can use dumbbells – they aren’t exclusive to either sex, only their palettes define them in this case.

      These are free icons and free of any statements and are in no way sexist.

    Realmente siento que falto un análisis, no se, debiste usar más el “sentido común” hay otras cosas que identifica mejor a un hombre a una mujer (perdoname pero no se me ocurre algo), por parte de la mujer esta excelente y lo entiendo porque he de suponer que una chica hizo los iconos; pero por parte del hombre creo que no del todo, por ejemplo esta espuma de afeitar y el agua lo usan ambos no importando el color, en el labial de la mujer aciertas porque es poco común y raro ver a un hombre usandolo, a eso me refiero. Pero realmente en el caso del perfume y el espejo… Dios, es tan difícil identificar hoy en día un objeto de un hombre al de una mujer. LOL

    Aún así los iconos esta perfectos y excelente el diseño, son simplemente asombrosos; espero no te moleste mi idioma pero soy pésimo en el ingles. ¡Saludos! :D

      I really feel that there is no analysis, no, You should use more “common sense” there are other things that best identified a man to a woman (sorry but I can not think of anything), by the woman is excellent and I understand because I believe that a girl made the icons, but by man not quite believe that, for example, this shaving foam and water use both no matter what color, sores in the women’s guess right because it is rare and rare to see a man using it, that’s what I mean. But really in the case of perfume and mirror … God is so difficult to identify an object today of a man a woman. LOL Yet this perfect icons and excellent design, are simply amazing, I hope you do not mind my language but I’m terrible at English. Greetings! :D
